Parrot Rescue Captive Bird & Parrot Rescue & Placement Organizations
All of the organizations listed below have resolved to help stop
the growing displaced captive parrot overpopulation problem by not breeding
birds or adopting birds into breeding situations. Avian Welfare Coalition (AWC)
partipating organizations are indicated with an asterisk.
Note: While we support the wide variety of ways that displaced birds may find new quality,
non-breeding homes, the AWC does not necesarily know or endorse the organizations
or web sites listed on this page. Please research your adoption or surrender options
carefully. We wish you the best of luck in your bird adoption or placement search!
